Born in Terrassa (Barcelona) in 1977, Francine has combined her passion for writing with her work as a dietitian at the Hospital Universitario Mutua de Terrassa for over fifteen years.

In 2012, she self-published her first paranormal young adult novel, “Luna Azul,” which was well-received by teenage readers and became one of the best-selling books in that genre on online platforms. In 2013, she self-published the sequels, “Tormenta de Arena” and “Mar de Serenidad,” thus completing this trilogy and establishing herself as one of the most-read Spanish authors in the U.S. that year.

Following this trilogy, she wrote three more novels in the romance genre: “No hay 2 sin 3,” “Amnesia,” and “Maldito Corazón.”

During the COVID-19 lockdown in 2019, she decided to enrol herself in a two-year course on narrative writing. She had no idea that after this training, she would gain the necessary confidence and knowledge to make a radical genre shift and write her first historical novel, (TITLE TO BE DETERMINED), making her debut in traditional publishing with Editorial Contraluz, part of the Anaya Group.
