As a child, Lluïset fell in love with the modernist-styled beverage kiosk that lit up the Rambla de Canaletes in the heart of Barcelona. That fascination marked his life and the lives of everyone around him. Years later, he would experience that same feeling upon meeting Laura, intuiting that their lives were destined to be intertwined forever. Alongside them, we will journey through the history of the city and all of Europe over the course of the century, during decades of wars and transformations that will profoundly affect these protagonists and their families, who dwell in the heart of Las Ramblas.
