Víctor Gay Zaragoza is a writer and consultant specializing in communication, brand narratives, and storytelling. An associate professor at IE Business School and IE University, he is the author of three essays: Filosofía Rebelde (Kairós, 2011), 50 libros que cambiarán tu vida (Alienta Editorial, 2011), and El Camino Amarillo: 7 pasos para tener éxito contando una historia (Plan B, 2017), as well as a historical novel, El Defensor (Suma de Letras, 2015).

He is the director of the Storytelling Innovation LAB at IE University, founder of the company The Yelloway, and creator of two storytelling methodologies with which he has taught more than 30,000 people, collaborating with companies such as Accenture, Telefónica, and Danone.

He has received six awards for academic excellence from IE Business School for his classes in 2023-2024, as well as the award for the most practical training from Foment del Treball.
