Valeria Aragón (1982) is a professional coach accredited by ICF, ASESCO and AECOP, an expert in emotional intelligence, education and creativity applied to all ages. She has a degree in Communication and a postgraduate degree in Teaching Methods for Personalised Education from the University of La Rioja. She directs Eleva, a certified school with more than 10 years of experience training thousands of students in areas such as coaching, personal growth, emotional intelligence, NLP and educational coaching.
Her particular ecological and human-centred vision has led her to create 3 methods: one in ECOintegrative coaching for the professional area, the 7-colour method for the educational area and she is currently in the research phase for the methodology of a transversal affective communication model applicable to any area of life.
In her daily work, she combines her role as a trainer and director of the school with coaching sessions (individual and in group), as well as with processes in educational centres (parent schools, cloisters, extracurricular activities…) and in different companies and very diverse business sectors, such as the Dirección General de Tráfico, Telepizza, MediaMarkt or DHL.
He manages an Instagram profile with more than 70,000 followers, with a very conscientious and dedicated community with a great sense of humour (#humASNOS). She also maintains two YouTube channels: Burradas Educativas, for parents and teachers, and Eleva Campus, for those interested in coaching, emotional intelligence, etc. She has been on the air for 11 years, currently with a weekly personal growth programme on EsRadio Albacete. She has participated in Planeta Enano, a programme on Popular Televisión (Murcia).
