María Suré was born in Salamanca and moved to Valencia at the age of 21, where she pursued her studies in Computer Engineering. She currently works as a software analyst and developer, is married, and has two children.

Her first novel, El color del perdón, was published in September 2015. In October 2017, her second novel, Proyecto B.E.L., was a finalist in the 21st Ciudad de Badajoz Novel Prize and was published that same month. Lágrimas de Polvo Rojo was released in June 2022 by MAEVA publishing house. In April 2023, her novel Huérfanos de Sombra was published. In April 2024, once again with MAEVA, María released her latest work, Sueños entre cenizas.

Starting in November 2025, she will direct the crime novel festival Bracamonte en negro, in Peñaranda de Bracamonte (Salamanca), which begins this year with the aim of becoming a nationally renowned festival.
