Clàudia Llopis Vilalta (Vilassar de Mar, Barcelona, 1992) holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the Blanquerna School of Communication and is an Integrative Nutritionist specializing in autoimmune and digestive system disorders. Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at the age of 7, she made a lifestyle change at 26 that greatly improved her well-being, leading her to share her insights about an anti-inflammatory lifestyle on social media. A passionate advocate of anti-inflammatory cooking, she founded the Club de Alimentación Antiinflamatoria in 2021 and was a finalist in the casting for Masterchef 11 in 2023. Currently, she offers workshops for companies and collaborates with various brands to create online and traditional media content. She also leads group lifestyle change programs.
