What initially seems like a case of sudden death raises the forensic expert’s suspicions, and she soon confirms to Judge Mario Laredo that it is a case of aconitine poisoning—a banned and lethal substance with a long history of dark uses, both in traditional medicine and witchcraft.
The case forces the judge to confront a ghost from his past, appearing in his dreams to reveal cryptic messages about the investigation.
