Eduardo Jáuregui Narváez is a psychologist and holds a PhD in political and social sciences, with a (very boring) thesis on laughter and humor.
For over twenty years, he has been upholding that seriousness doesn’t require so much solemnity and that children are right in seeing life as an adventure.
Through his consultancy, Humor Positivo, and his mindfulness school, ModoSer, he has worked with professionals and teams very important companies, as well as with educational, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations.
His extensive work, published in 20 languages from English to Chinese, includes three monographs on humor, novels like “Conversaciones con mi gata” and “Juicio a los humanos,” a series with dragons and swordsmen for children of all ages, and the biography of the Beatles’ hairdresser.
His latest book, a mindfulness guide “Meditar se me da FATAL” (Urano, 2022), has been recommended by Pablo d’Ors, Matthieu Ricard, and Tara Brach, among others. When he grows up, he wants to be an astronaut.
