Andrea Martínez Pellicer (Valencia, 1997), studied Psychology and earned a Master’s in General Health Psychology. Initially following the traditional path, she focused on psychological therapy until she realized that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Her desire was to create a space where people could reflect and break free from societal molds. This led to the creation of Zarandeadoras—a community she nurtures through her programs and sessions, tailored for those who feel like the “black sheep” and struggle to fit in, feeling lost or uncertain about their identity and desires. Here, Andrea discovered her passion for shaking up minds and encouraging self-awareness.
In recent years, she has also become a social media presence, sharing content centered on self-esteem and the mind. Her debut book, Déjate en paz (2023), marks another step in her mission to empower others.
