Alonso Enrique González de Gregorio Viñamata (1983) studied at Lancaster University (United Kingdom) and H.E.C. Paris (France), specializing in International Trade and French. He earned a master’s degree in Organizational Coaching and Leadership at EADA (Barcelona). After working for several years in multinational companies in France and Switzerland, in 2011, he founded a company with a pioneering concept: guiding teenagers, young adults, and adults to discover their vocation based on their talents, creating a personalized roadmap to achieve it. With nearly fourteen years in the field, González de Gregorio has advised thousands of individuals and developed his own protocol and method.
Alonso is also passionate about fiction literature and cinema. Over the past decade, he has trained at institutions such as USC (Los Angeles), NFTS (United Kingdom), London Film School, and EFTI (Madrid) in disciplines such as creative writing, fiction screenwriting, and film directing. To date, he has written and directed four independent short films, one of which, “La Muerte y La Estrella”, was awarded Best Foreign Language Short in Milan (Italy). He currently combines his work as a vocational coach with his passion for psychology and fiction, writing novels, short stories, and screenplays, as well as directing.
