Xulio Ricardo Trigo (Betanzos , A Coruña, 1959) has published a dozen novels, among them La desaparición de Evelyn, Después del olvido, Los secretos de la reina, El sueño de Tarraco, El puerto del nuevo mundo, EL objetivo del crimen and L’Homenatge.
He has won awards as Ausiàs March , Maria Mercè Marçal , Miquel de Palol and Joanot Martorell, among others. He is a regular contributor to the media and has worked at El Temps , Diari de Barcelona, El Periodico de Catalunya and La Vanguardia.
He has also published poetry and, as a translator, has made Galician and Portuguese versions of Catalan authors. He also dedicates to his other passion, photography. He lives in the city of Tarragona.
