The life of Mika, a seven-year-old girl, changes after her parents’ separation. Lost between two homes and burdened with too many unanswered questions, she finds comfort in her grandfather Tadeo, the only adult who seems to truly understand her. He proposes an unexpected adventure: transforming the old field into a forest. Little by little, as they plant trees and give them names, the forest becomes a place where the memory of Grandma Celia lives on, where nature speaks, and where magic is still possible.

Through silences, questions, and discoveries, Mika will learn to live with absence, understand there are some things you cannot control, and find a new way of looking at the world through the smallest things.
