Born in a working-class neighborhood on the outskirts of Barcelona, he was a European kickboxing champion and has been working as a psychologist and psychotherapist for over 30 years. He is the director of the Postgraduate Program in Brief and Strategic Intervention (University of Girona) and of Escuela Palobajo, an online academy for psychotherapy training.
He is the author of four books: Psicología Punk (2022), Autoestima Punk (2023), Antimeditaciones: What Marcus Aurelius Never Told You About the Art of Living (2024), and The Ten Laws to Be Damn Irresistible (2026). All of these works have been published by Ediciones Vergara (Penguin Random House).
